They travelled as many who come here do: sleeping in and driving a camper vehicle. While they expected a few bumps in the road, they did not expect their vehicle to be towed while shopping for groceries at the Squamish Walmart on Aug. Hailing from Switzerland, the German-speaking couple say they were shopping for less than an hour before going outside to find their vehicle nowhere in sight.
