Chinesee-commerceplatform Temu is seeking to support Denmark ‘s startup ecosystem, two years after its meteoric rise in popularity in the Nordic country despitegovernmentwarnings about the unsafe products sold on the site. Under the new partnership, Temu will take part in DSG’s programs and events, working directly with DSG’s team and the broader network of founders and companies it supports. In a statement, a Temu spokesperson said the company looks forward “to contributing to Denmark ’s startup scene. ” DSG, which was founded in 2007, gives the Chinese platform access to Denmark’s startup ecosystem valued at nearly $64 billion. The online retailer launched in the country in 2023 and opened its site to Danish sellers a year later.
