Digital Marketer

We are looking for a Digital Marketer with a proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies, platforms, and tools, coupled with strong analytical skills to drive measurable results.

Experience: 1-3 years
Location: Remote (PST Hours)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet business objectives, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads or sales.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., to maximize ROI and reach target audience segments.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies, utilizing insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Create and curate engaging content for digital channels, including websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and blogs, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Utilize SEO techniques to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic to the website.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement metrics, to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment of digital marketing activities with overall business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, recommending and implementing innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and measurable results.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
  • In-depth understanding of SEO principles, PPC advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different digital channels and audience segments.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a plus.
