Virtual Assistant
We are searching for a proficient Virtual Assistant with a proven track record in managing online tasks and platforms.
This is a Full-time work from home opportunity – US timings/ shift
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with administrative tasks, organization, and time management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual environment
- The ideal candidate will be proficient in providing virtual administrative support, including but not limited to email management, calendar scheduling, data entry, and document preparation.
- Monitor and respond to emails, inquiries, and requests in a timely manner.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining digital files and records.
- Execute administrative tasks to support company operations and objectives.
- Provide support in scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing calendars.
- Educate team members on effective virtual collaboration tools and techniques.
- Must be proficient in using virtual communication platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Slack.
